Returns

We appreciate your business and aim to provide the best goods and services. Please email us if there’s any problem with your order, if you’re not satisfied with our products or services, we’ll arrange to fix the problems.

Please select items carefully, we do not offer refund or exchange if you change your mind or do not like the colour.

If the products you received are not as described, we’ll gladly accept return of such products in perfect condition in original packaging. As stated in our descriptions however a lot of our jewellery is made of shell and the colour, texture and appearance may vary slightly from piece to piece and may have slight variances from the photograph shown.

If your returns are accepted, refund of the original cost of such products will be given, excluding postage, handling, and all other associated fees.

Returns must be received at our end within 14 days of you receiving the goods.

Please do not return any goods without contacting us first, we reserve the rights to charge handling and 15% restocking fees if goods are returned without prior notice.
