We try our best to describe our products as accurately as possible, however being human there may be instances where errors occur in product descriptions etc.
Please keep in mind that most jewellery pieces listed are hand made or originals so colours, curvatures of shells and sizes may slightly vary from the picture. Please check the colour of the product you have selected as some pieces may only be displayed in one colour but there may be several colours available for purchase. Colours shown on your monitor may also be different from the actual colour of the products.
If you received any of our products that are not as described, you can return them in unused, original condition. We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or you do not like the colour.
Product Availability
Although we aim not to have unavailable stock listed on the web site, on a rare occasion products you ordered may not be available. In such case, the cost of that item will be refunded to you.
Loss or Damage of Goods in Transit
All goods are packaged with the greatest of care. We cannot be held responsible for damage in transit, we offer postage at low cost, it is your responsibility to take up the matter with Australia Post if you opted not to have your package posted with Express Platinum.
Discounts and Promotion Offers
Bulk purchase discounts only apply to single orders, we do not adjust discounts for combined orders.
Marakye has the right to change any discounts and/or promotional offers anytime without notice.
GST
GST is included in all of our prices. International customers may be charged value added tax, sales tax, or custom duties by the Customs of your country, those charges are your responsibility and you understand that any products you acquired from this web site are subject to such taxes and duties.
Orders:
Orders will all be processed each evening at 8pm and dispatched the following morning via Australia Post. Any orders placed after 8pm will not be processed until the following evening. Your order will be dispatched as soon as your payment has been confirmed, usually within 48 hours. Bank deposit may take 1-3 business days to clear. Credit card payment will be authorised and displaced when processed. If your credit card payment is declined we will do our best to contact you via email and telephone. If contact can not be made within 48 hours of processing then unfortunately your order will be cancelled, we apologise for any inconvenience caused by this so please ensure your details are entered correctly at the time of placing your order.
Payment
Australian Customers
We accept bank deposit (Westpac) and credit card payment (VISA, Mastercard and Bankcard ONLY). We DO NOT accept EFTPOS or any other form of payment.
Please be reminded that bank deposits that do NOT have a reference attached to your order will delay your order being shipped until we work out which payment belongs to which order (this may be very time consuming)
International Customers
We only accept credit card payment in Australian dollars. We DO NOT accept any other form of payment. The amount you are charged will depend on the exchange rate of your currency at the time your order is processed.
